Digital strategist Craftzing takes over peer Wieni
- Craftzing, specialized in business transformations, is taking over the digital product studio Wieni. With the acquisition, the company expands its position in the media and telecom sectors. Wieni founders Jelle Van den Bergh and Hans Vanderstraeten are joining Craftzing as partners.
- The acquisition of Wieni brings Craftzing one step closer to its ambition to become a Belgian reference in the field of (digital) transformation and its practical implementation. Both companies have met regularly in the past and have also worked together on various projects.
- “We are convinced that media and telecom companies will go through many major transformations in the coming years. By bringing our knowledge and experience together under one roof, we want to provide an answer to the sector's challenges. '
- Wieni can look back on several major projects. For example, they translated the database of the entire hospital operation into an online portal for UZ Leuven and developed RainPharma's e-commerce platform. Other achievements include PlayMedia (GoPlay's video platform) and BRUZZ's news platform. The takeover brings Craftzing's employees to 165.
