Your day-to-day
- Work with teams across our portfolio to identify where AI and automation can improve processes, support decisions and create new opportunities.
- Build AI applications, agents and integrations that fit into the systems our portfolio companies already use.
- Take solutions from an initial prototype to a reliable application, with the testing, monitoring and documentation needed to support it.
- Collaborate with a Delivery Lead who takes responsibility for planning, strategy and stakeholder management, while you lead the technical implementation.
- Help colleagues and portfolio teams adopt the solutions you build and improve them based on their feedback.
- Share technical knowledge and reusable approaches across the portfolio, respecting the confidentiality of each company's data.
Your profile
Experience and skills
- Hands-on experience developing and delivering software, including applications that use AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript or a comparable language.
- Confidence working with APIs, databases, integrations and cloud environments.
- An understanding of how to evaluate AI outputs and make applications reliable in daily use.
- The ability to translate a business need into a practical technical solution.
Education and background
- A background in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field, through education or relevant practical experience.
- Experience taking a project through development, deployment and subsequent improvements.
- Experience working with different business teams or organisations is an advantage.
Personal qualities
- A proactive, curious and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment about where technology can add value.
- The ability to collaborate with colleagues, entrepreneurs and management teams.
- Clear communication in Dutch and English.
